Tall Green Milkweed Seeds, Asclepias hirtella. Native to most of the Eastern US but not costal states. All seeds hand collected and dried from plants grown free of pesticides and chemicals in my home gardens.
Description
Tall Green Milkweed Seeds, Asclepias hirtella is native to most of the Eastern half of the US but not along the costal states.
Plant description: Golf ball size blooms start at the middle of 3′-5.’ stems and continue to form up toward the top. Bloom color can range from pale green to white. Little branching with thin leaves. Pods are light yellowish green. Plants do not spread through rhizomes as much as with seed dispersal.
Growing conditions: Prefers full sun and does well in poor soil and likes to be on the drier side.
Native to: AL, AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, OH, OK, TN, WI, WV.
