Description

Zizotes Milkweed, Asclepias oenotheroides AKA, Sidecluster & Longhorn Milkweed, has a very unique and unusual flowering pattern. It’s creamy light green flowers form in clusters along the stem. Can form many branches and grow as wide as it is tall. Height: 12-18 in. Habitat: Grows in sandy, rocky ground conditions, prairies, ditches and fields. This species survives periodic droughts and occasional mowing. Root: Taproot. Maintenance: Low Conditions: Needs full sun. Shade intolerant.
